The easiest way is through the shopping basket on this web site, it is totally secure and very easy to use. We accept the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, and Solo. The second way is to phone your order through to us, if you are in the UK call us on 01637 850808. But please be aware that some of our special offers and promotions are available on-line only. Check our contact page for our address and other details. Delivery Policy Overhead Surf will dispatch your order within one working day (Monday-Friday) of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri). We use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries. Orders sent for next day or two-day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Interlink. The charge varies according to the weight of the parcel and its destination country. For further information or for deliveries outside Britain please contact us before you place your order. Overhead Surf reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. For delivery enquiries please call 01637 850808. Returns Items purchased from our online surf store can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received at Overhead Surf no more than 14 days after delivery to the customer's address. Clothing, accessories and other products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your returns number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded. Please do not post any items to Overhead Surf before obtaining a returns number. To obtain your returns number please contact Customer Services by email at info@overheadsurf.co.uk, or by phone on 01637 850808. We will need: your order reference number, details of the item you wish to return and possibly exchange, and the reason for return. Please quote the returns number on the outside of the package with a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item you require in exchange). For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery, which requires a signature. Overhead Surf is not responsible for items that are not received. Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or the refund. For UK orders exchange items are shipped by our Standard\Free postage method and therefore take up to five working days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
