Returns

Items purchased from our online surf store can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received at Overhead Surf no more than 14 days after delivery to the customer's address. Clothing, accessories and other products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your returns number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded.

Please do not post any items to Overhead Surf before obtaining a returns number.

To obtain your returns number please contact Customer Services by email at info@overheadsurf.co.uk, or by phone on 01637 850808.

We will need:

  • your order reference number,
  • details of the item you wish to return and possibly exchange,
  • and the reason for return.

Please quote the returns number on the outside of the package with a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item you require in exchange).

For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery, which requires a signature. Overhead Surf is not responsible for items that are not received.

Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or the refund. For UK orders exchange items are shipped by our Standard\Free postage method and therefore take up to five working days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
